About Cat Fríes:
Cat is the host of Roots to Roam, she’s a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and an entrepreneur currently living in North Carolina with her husband, two cats, and a dog. Originally from California, Cat previously built her career in the Silicon Valley at Facebook as a Learning & Development Partner for the growing tech company for 5 years before moving to North Carolina and building a marketing company with her husband and starting her career as a yoga teacher. On the podcast and on the Roots to Roam blog, Cat shares her story of discovering alignment through veganism, yoga, travel, feminism, and personal growth and change. She often shares the stage with her friend and occasional co-host, Madeline Armstrong, of IDEO in San Francisco.
